Betsy Smith is the Director of Legal Operations at Big Boss Injury Law, where she keeps cases organized, clients informed, and the details moving.

She works closely with Joy Elizabeth Coleman, Esq. to coordinate medical records, insurance correspondence, deadlines, and case documentation. Her job is to make sure clients never feel lost in the process and that every file is ready when it matters most.
